We spent some time today with Evin Moreno on his farm Quebrada. Lots of weird coffee variety one-offs, several of which we couldn’t identify. Then off to Las Manos to see the coffee we’d picked last Thursday in the new dryer. @benjaminpaz had to do some quick reconstruction to allow for more airflow, but our conversations with Santo Alexis about ripeness of picking seems to have sunk in.
