Ritual on Valencia is hiring! We’re preparing to reopen Ritual Valencia by mid-August so we’re looking for baristas to join us in the new space! Coffee experience is preferred, but we welcome anyone who is passionate about coffee and is looking to expand their knowledge. We provide thorough training and opportunities to continue learning and moving within the company. We’re looking for baristas that enjoy working together as a team to collaborate and experiment with different ideas to keep improving our coffee and customer experience. Ritual provides a fast paced work environment so the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is very important to us. We’re an eclectic bunch that consists of musicians, artists, crafters and everyone in between, but we all share a similar passion for coffee. We enjoy fun and creative conversation while we cup some of the finest coffees!
