Producers Lucia Zelaya and her husband, Don Rony Asensio, cultivated these Caturra and Bourbon variety beans under the shade of the evergreen Grevillea trees that cover their 1750 MASL farm. Processing took place at the Zelaya family’s own Beneficio Bella Vista in a traditional washed manner, making La Soledad into a clean and sweet coffee. Available now at all of our cafes!
