At Basic Training we believe the only workout worth doing is the one you look forward to. We also know getting outside makes us more connected to our health, creativity, and community. So when the city of San Francisco sent out a call for ideas to make Market Street happier, healthier, and more vibrant — we couldn’t wait to give our on-the-pavement perspective.
The result? Our newest pop-up – a hub for 5-minute adventures in the heart of the city. Sponsored by the Market Street Prototyping Festival, it launches Thursday, April 9 and runs until Saturday, April 11. You can climb, jump, skip, sit, stand, pull, push, skate, balance, eat, connect, caffeinate, and more – there are no rules and infinite possibilities. Swing by anytime!
We’re also hosting free, 30-minute classes with free CLIF bars, Fiji water, and more surprises – including Lululemon gift certificates for two very lucky class participants. (#whoa!) Basic Training at the Market Street Prototyping Festival
